Dr. Devin Perdue, DC

Upper Cervical Chiropractor

Biography

Dr. Perdue has been in clinical practice since 2016, specializing in upper cervical chiropractic care with a focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of complex neurological dysfunction rather than masking symptoms. He works extensively with individuals and families who have struggled to find answers — people dealing with migraines, headaches, brain fog, trigeminal neuralgia, POTS, vertigo, and other conditions that haven't responded well to conventional approaches. His goal is to understand what's actually driving the problem and build a clear path toward lasting improvement, not just short-term relief.

Dr. Perdue earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Mary Washington and went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer Chiropractic College Florida. His postgraduate work has been centered on upper cervical biomechanics and neurological function, with advanced training in the EPIC and Advanced Orthogonal techniques — both precise, non-invasive correction methods that use detailed imaging and sound wave instrument adjustments to restore proper alignment and neurological balance. He is currently pursuing board certification in Functional Neurology through the International Board of Chiropractic Neurology, deepening his ability to assess and care for patients with brain-based neurological conditions.

In late 2025, Dr. Perdue joined Cerebral Chiropractic Center in St. Petersburg, Florida, moving from Melbourne to be part of a team of specialists dedicated to this work. The move allows him to collaborate directly with other physicians focused on complex neurological care, contribute to ongoing research and training initiatives, and develop higher-quality care plans for patients with conditions that demand a root-cause approach and coordinated expertise.

He has a particular passion for working with children and families navigating chronic or unexplained neurological challenges. Many of his patients are people who have been told they need to "learn to live with" their symptoms, and his practice is built around the belief that there is usually more that can be done. Through careful analysis and individualized care, he helps patients move toward greater stability, clarity, and confidence in their health.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Perdue values fitness and intentional movement, artistic expression through ballroom dancing, and continual learning. He is actively engaged in his community and believes that creativity, service, and personal growth are essential parts of a well-lived life.
