Different Backgrounds, One Shared Path Forward

We work with doctors coming from several different entry points:

1. Doctors New to Upper Cervical Care

If you’re an experienced doctor but haven’t trained in upper cervical techniques, we offer full training in the Advanced Orthogonal procedure through a structured in-clinic mentorship and support system. You bring your experience as a clinician—we’ll build the technical foundation together.

2. Doctors Trained in Other Upper Cervical Techniques

If you’ve trained in NUCCA, Orthospinology, Blair, or another upper cervical protocol, we’ll assess where you are and work with you through an accelerated onboarding process, helping you transition into Advanced Orthogonal with clarity and confidence.

3. Doctors Already Trained in Advanced Orthogonal

If you’re already proficient in Advanced Orthogonal care, let’s talk directly about team fit, values alignment, and where your strengths could serve the clinic and the broader mission best. We’re always looking for high-level collaborators ready to go further.
